Vincent Ong

Managing Director

With over two decades of Brand and General Management experience in P&G; L’Oreal Group and Pfizer Healthcare in Singapore and across South Asian markets, Vincent brings with him diverse experience in building and sustaining market leading brands & consumer  businesses. He is well versed in both FMCG (B2C) and the professional beauty (B2B) channels. He has a successful track record in winning market shares in both emerging and mature markets; building sustainable teams and reinventing business models and route to market with extensive on-ground knowledge.

Lynnette Kan

General Manager

With more than 15 years of local and regional experience in in-house marketing communications, public relations and events management in the beauty industry, across the spectrum of positioning from luxury, premium and accessible beauty; Lynnette provides and leads with a “holistic view” in client centricity – being a business partner to the client,  providing brand perspectives to the teams, and giving care in engagement with the stakeholders. She believes in delivering with integrity, passion and energy.

Jolene Khor

Director (SG/MY)

Bvlgari, Guerlain, Sol de Janeiro and Dyson. A sampling of the brands under Jolene’s charge in half a decade at Touch PR. As Director, Jolene leads teams to elevate client brands through buzzworthy campaigns and activations with commercial sensibilities. Powered by an analytical yet creative eye, she transforms insights into strategy, trends into trackable PR results, particularly in the beauty, luxury and lifestyle categories. Prior to her PR career, Jolene spent over 7 years in publishing, helming key roles at Tatler, Buro. and SPH where she established editorial direction and produced content for online and offline channels. Her client roster included Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Swatch and Uniqlo.
